The guidance covers all stages in the food supply chain, and provides a simple framework that can help any entity start to measure and reduce their food loss and waste (regardless of size and business structure). The guidance was produced for the Commission for Environmental Cooperation and is specific to North America, but can be applied to other geographies as well.
